Our Approach
How do our services work?
How do you define the exact scope of work during the GaaS?
The advantage of working with a SaaS approach, is that we don’t have to plan the whole project in advance. We define the first 2-3 weeks’ priorities at the start of the collaboration and then reiteratively (with a scrum/agile approach) define and deploy the next steps depending on the results and feedback obtained from these activities. Recurrent activities will be identified and deployed across the way, once there is a clear understanding of the recurrent need.
What is your business model around the GaaS package?
We want to provide a light-weight lean package and basing our business model as much as possible towards value/success fees. Our SaaS has a standard weekly pricing (depending on the support package that you choose).
For each activity, there will be specific objectives and goals defined and each has value/success metrics and KPIs attached. Some activities (like Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships) are easier to connect to a clear added value, others (like setting up the growth engineering framework and training your team on it) will be more based on fixed remunerations. In the end, we will try to use the available resources to maximize the success of the GaaS project.
I think it’s time for us to hire our growth engineers and marketers. How quickly can we close our subscription to the service?
We would like you to be able to hire a growth team as quickly as possible, and we have all the interest to move on to supporting other companies as quickly as possible! Our service can be canceled with a standard 4-weeks notice, if not otherwise agreed by both of us and taking consideration of any minimum term of the contract.
